Core Responsibilities:
    General accounting duties including accounts receivable and accounts payable.
    Participate in month-end close activities, including preparation of journal entries and reconciliation of accounts.
    Review, investigate and correct discrepancies in financial entries.
    Build a schedule to ensure proper coverage of reception desk.
    Provide helpful and friendly service to all customers.

Minimum Requirements:
    Strong organization and time management skills.
    Attention to detail and analytical abilities.
    Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
