Job Description: Reporting to the Director of Therapies, the incumbent is accountable for the provision of quality occupational therapy services in the Five Hills Health Region. The location of service may be in acute care, outpatients, long term care or the community of the Five Hills Health Region. The incumbent assesses clients to determine the level of function and initiates, monitors and evaluates a program designed to improve or maintain client abilities and independence.
Required Qualifications

Bachelor Degree in Occupational Therapy
Basic Life Support (BLS)
Registered or eligible for registration with the Canadian Association of Occupational Therapy
Registered or eligible for registration with the Saskatchewan Society of Occupational Therapists
Valid Class 5 driver's license

Preference for this position will be given to HSAS members in accordance with the terms and conditions of the SAHO/HSAS Collective Agreement.??? HSAS seniority within the Saskatchewan Health Authority will be considered under the Selection Criteria  This position is field hours
