Maintain specified inventory and order merchandise
Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
Hire and train or arrange training of new sales staff
Formulate pricing policies and ensure every store item price is correct
Check expires on regular basis and return expired merchandise.
Maintain cleanness of the store up to date according to safety measures.
Supervise and coordinate sales staff
Assign duties to sales workers and prepare work schedules
Sell merchandise to customers
Solve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
