Description

As the Architectural Technologist, you will:

- Participate in, and support client design meetings.
- Assist in design development and renderings.
- Compile a full set of architectural tender documents.
- Coordinate 3rd party consultants, contractors, engineers, civil officials, and clients.
- Execute contract administration during the construction phase:
- Attend and lead site meetings.
- Perform site reviews.
- Identify construction deficiencies.

As the Architectural Technologist, you will bring:

- Diploma from an accredited Architectural Technology program.
- 4+ years experience with a solid understanding of building systems and detailing
- Proficient with Autodesk Revit.
- Proven ability to run site meetings, perform on-site inspections and identify construction deficiencies.
- Exemplary communication skills and proven ability to interact effectively with clients and 3rd party consultants.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, Lumion, InDesign, Bluebeam, and Adobe Photoshop.
