Working as the CFO, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing financial plans, budgets, and forecasts to support the companys strategic goals.
- Analyzing financial data and providing insights to aid decision-making.
- Supporting the strategic planning for land management, zoning, permitting, tenure, and ownership rights along with stakeholder engagement and collaboration.
- Managing all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL, Cost Accounting, and Revenue Recognition
As the successful candidate you must possess:
- CPA/CA designation.
- 10- 15 years of experience as a senior-level accounting or finance manager/CFO.
- Strong knowledge of financial principles, accounting practices and regulatory requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to provide strategic guidance, influence decision making and drive company performance.
- Experience in budgeting and forecasting.
- Strong familiarity with Real Estate and Land Management and understanding the industry dynamics, market trends and competitive landscapes.
