Duties and Responsibilities:    

- Read documents, computer screens, blueprints and drawings and take or read measurements to plan layout and procedures
- Operate and set up shop equipment as required including saws, iron worker, drills, CNC plasma, CNC brake, hydraulic press, and other machines as required
- Able to lift 20-50 pounds
- Produce components and assemblies as per specified requirements
- Perform general preventative maintenance of fab equipment
- Perform quality inspections; document actions by completing production and quality forms
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
- Monitor parts usage and report on any material issues
- Maintain quality objectives and verify conformance of finished work piece to specifications
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing results as needed
- Work shift hours when required
