Clean all assigned guestrooms including dusting, making beds, soiled linen removal from rooms, and retrieval of clean linen from the assigned pantry, vacuuming, bathroom cleaning, window cleaning, replenish rooms with supplies
Sign in and out master keys daily
Perform deep cleaning tasks, as needed
Stock, maintain and transport housekeeping supply cart on a daily basis
Dispose of trash and recyclables
Respond to special guest requests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner
Maintain proper usage of cleaning supplies and equipment
Update and record all cleaned rooms
Label & return all lost and found articles to the Housekeeping Office.
Report necessary maintenance items
Actively support all green initiatives on property
Ensure high morale and productivity levels through self-planning, training & development, and ongoing communication and consistent feedback
Responsible for maintaining high level of performance, work quality and service standards
Ensure Guestrooms in the assigned section are serviced, maintained and prepared in a timely and efficient manner
Process requests in a timely manner while adhering to Hiltons brand standards
Follow all Occupational Health and Safety regulations
Ensures key control procedures and adheres to Hotels policies with regards to security
Follow other duties as assigned by Housekeeping Supervisor & Executive Housekeeper
