Responsibilities:
Lead a successful team of individuals with varying years of experience in lumber sales
Ensure sales targets are met

Inventory control
Asset utilization

Qualifications:
3  5 years of experience leading a team with a preference for those with a background in construction
Customer service focused
Superior relationship-building skills with a commitment to elevating the team
