What youll do:
You will be responsible for delivering legendary service to make all guests of our Co-op feel at home here through:
Overseeing day-to-day operations of the gas bar, including opening and closing procedures.
Providing exceptional customer service by assisting customers with fueling, handling inquiries, and resolving complaints or issues in a timely manner.
Ensuring proper handling and storage of hazardous materials according to safety regulations.
Training, supervising, and scheduling gas bar attendants, ensuring they adhere to company policies and procedures.
Maintaining a clean and organized gas bar area, including fuel pumps, restrooms, and surrounding grounds.
Who you are:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
Positive and professional attitude and desire to live the Brand.
Be able to work in extreme temperatures when helping customers at the pumps, car wash, and propane station.
You are physically able to do heavy lifting of 50 lbs, climb ladders and kneel.
