What youll do:
Reporting to the Store Manager, you will lead the Meat Department in a thriving store! As Meat Manager, you will oversee the Meat Operations and you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue, ensuring the growth and profitability of the meat operation by implementing strategies and marketing programs, and providing leadership for the Meat Team.
Financial Management: Administer and achieve budgeted goals as it relates to the pricing, sales, margins, expenses, and inventory.
Customer Engagement & Relationship Management: Create exceptional Co-op experiences by engaging and interacting with member-owners and customers. Build and maintain relationships with internal & external customers and team members.
Team Leadership: Provide leadership to the team, including the recruitment, goal setting, performance management, training, and development of team members.
Brand and Merchandising: Promote and ensure adherence to brand and merchandising standards, marketing efforts, image standards,
Business Growth: Drive business growth and provide outstanding customer service.
Safety and Compliance: Responsible for coordination and oversight of all safety, maintenance, and asset protection policies.
