The DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Regina is currently recruiting for a FT Supervisor to join our Restaurant team. The WildSage Kitchen & Bar boasts a sophisticated casual farm-to-table experience.
The Supervisor will assist in directing the day to day operations including service and set-up while working closely with the team to ensure that each guest leaves with a memorable experience.
Primary Duties:
-ensure the entire team is delivering exceptional customer service to all guests by acting with a customer comes first attitude at all times
-establish rapport and connect with guests to ensure their requests are met
-setting an example for the team through mentoring and coaching leadership
-oversee outlet service operations, ensuring all service details are executed as per Hilton standards.
-communicate areas of opportunities from guests to management in a timely manner
-active liaison between the guests and other associates to ensure outstanding customer service
Working Conditions:
- ability to continuously stand, bend, and lift up to 20lbs unassisted
- fast paced environment, often demanding requiring quick action and thinking on your feet
- weekend and holidays as required candidates should have open availability with limited restrictions.
Required Education & Qualifications:
-grade 12 or equivalent
-min 2-3 years experience in a Food/Beverage role
-valid Serve It Right Certification or provincial equivalent required
-strong communication, leadership and organization
