Extol Developments is currently seeking for Equipment Operator/ Driver. An individual who is a self-starter with an energetic, results-oriented work style, combined with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and meticulous attention to detail.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Safely and efficiently operate our 1-ton trucks, roll off bins, skid steers, and sanding trucks
Operate a skid steer to perform a wide range of tasks, including snow removal, grading, excavation, material handling, and site cleanup.
Safely and proficiently maneuver the skid steer in tight spaces, around obstacles, and on various terrains.
Conduct routine maintenance and inspections of the skid steer to ensure its proper functioning and report any mechanical issues promptly.
Assisting landscape work on commercial jobsites.
Using power tools for construction tasks such as quick cut saws, chain saws, plate tampers, power wheelbarrows, skills saws, sod cutters, rototillers, drills, etc.
Loading and unloading tools and materials from trucks and trailers.
Completing daily paperwork and maintaining accurate records of activities.
Helping to improve efficiencies of the daily tasks.
Any other tasks pertaining to commercial construction.
Characteristics Needed to Succeed:
Minimum 2-3 years of experience operating skid steers and heavy equipment.
Valid Saskatchewan Class 5 Drivers License.
G Endorsement is not required but would be considered an asset.
Reliable transportation to and from work.
Physically fit with strong stamina and the ability to lift a minimum of 60lbs.
Ensuring safe
Vulnerable Sector criminal record check is required.
