We're The Atlas; Regina's coolest independent, full service hotel. Our passion is to bring a smile to the faces interacting with us for a mere moment of time, those spending the day or night under our roof, or those we are fortunate to work with each week.

We're looking to add a full time HR Coordinator aka Employee Enthusiast to our team. Previous experience or schooling in Human Resources is essential, however if you have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience with recruitment or making your workplace an amazing experience for your colleagues in another industry or field that we'd happily consider that as well.

This opportunity will include duties and responsibilities such as:
*Taking the lead on the hotel's the recruitment and selection process, such as scheduling and leading interviews, sending out surveys, conducting pre-screening calls and sharing or preparing candidate information for managers
*Managing inventory, ordering and issuing of Crew uniforms
*Creating, editing, and proofing policies, communications, and training documents
*Assisting with planning and executing on internal Crew morale initiatives (the extra fun stuff)
*Following up on requests, forms and training to be completed to ensure our team members stay on track and meet deadlines
*Helping schedule and execute on health and safety initiatives
*Maintainin our HRMS system information
*Coordinating onboarding, training on HR related topics and being a friendly welcoming presence for new team members across the hotel
*Plus, just generally keeping things on track, up to date and moving in the right direction as it relates to HR initiatives, ideas, etc.

There's no shortage of projects to be tackled, ideas to be finessed, and little fastidious details to be checked off the to do list. But there's also memories to be made, amazing experience to add to your repertoire of skills.
