Description

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Automotive Sales Representative to join our successful team! As a key player in our company, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our business while enjoying a rewarding career in the automotive industry.


Responsibilities:

Engage and build strong relationships with customers to understand their automotive needs and preferences.
Demonstrate vehicles to customers, highlighting features and benefits to match their requirements.
Conduct test drives and provide exceptional product knowledge to potential buyers.
Negotiate sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Handle customer inquiries promptly and professionally, whether in-person, over the phone, or through digital channels.
Utilize various sales techniques and strategies to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, market trends, and industry developments to effectively address customer questions and concerns.
Collaborate with the sales team and management to achieve overall dealership objectives.
Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up promptly after sales to ensure customer retention and loyalty.
Participate in regular sales training sessions and workshops to enhance selling skills and product knowledge.

Requirements:

Previous experience in automotive sales is preferred but not required. We encourage individuals with a passion for sales and a desire to work in the automotive industry to apply.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with customers effectively.
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
Self-motivated and results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
