Parchomchuk Sherdahl Hunter is a busy law firm that has been serving Rosthern and surrounding area for many years. We are looking to add to our hard-working, energetic and dedicated team.
We are currently seeking to fill our entry-level receptionist position. This position allows for daily interaction with the public and has the potential for advancement.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and transfer calls to appropriate staff members
- Schedule appointments and manage the office calendar
- Administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, scanning documents, opening files and making bank deposits
- Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries or concerns
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role preferred, but not required, as on the job training will be provided
- Knowledge of legal office procedures is a plus
- Proficient in using Microsoft Word and other office software
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Friendly and professional demeanor with a customer service-oriented mindset
