Supervise and coordinate office administrative processes, as well as analyze, assess, and implement new ones.
Establish work priorities, assign tasks to office support workers, and monitor deadlines and processes. Perform administrative tasks related to post-secondary educational institution admissions.
Enforce rules and procedures pertaining to the disclosure of documents when responding to requests made in accordance with laws governing government access to information and privacy.
Plan and coordinate office services such accommodations, relocations, tools, supplies, forms, asset disposal, parking, maintenance, and security.
Conduct analyses and keep an eye on administrative tasks linked to contracts, project management, and budgeting procedures.
Help with the creation of the operational budget, and keep track of inventories and financial controls.
Assemble data, create correspondence, periodic and special reports, and guides.
