As a Loss Mitigation Specialist, you will report to the Chief Risk Officer (CRO) and work closely with external professionals and internal stakeholders to protect assets, enhance member relationships, and effectively mitigate fraud risks and delinquent accounts. You will be motivated by both compliance and improving the financial well-being of our members.

Your Spark:
-Post-secondary education in Business or related field plus 4-6 years of experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
-Innovative and self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously.
-Experience with collections is preferred.
-Lending experience in a financial institution or credit union and working knowledge of legal and legislative requirements of lending.
-Ability to analyze financial statements and loan documents.
-Experience working in a compliance and risk role is an asset.
