Southwest Homes is hiring Full Time, Part Time, and Casual Direct Support Professionals for our Adult Group Home and/or Community Programs. We're looking for kind, capable people who want to help build a community where all people are valued and treated with respect, dignity, choice, and independence.

Southwest Homes supports and empowers people living with intellectual and/or physical disabilities to achieve their goals and be valued members of the community. The work involves assisting participants in a residential and/or community program settings with planning, leisure activities, community engagement, and also helping with administrative support. Team members working in residential program settings also assist participants with personal care.

-Able to build and maintain effective interpersonal relationships with program participants, and other team members
-Strong teamwork ability, and excellent communication skills
-Valid First Aid/CPR certification, or willingness to complete within 6 months
-Must have a valid Class 5 Saskatchewan Driver's License/Novice 2
-Submission of a clear Criminal Record Check and -Vulnerable Sector Check is required upon hiring
-Able to stand for several hours, bend, kneel, and lift up to 50lbs
