The Job duties and responsibilities include the following:
Ensure smooth operation of office equipment and machinery and arrangement for maintenance and repair work.
To maintain Client Relationship.
To channel company operations and policies.
Answer all phone calls and inquiries and attend walk-in Customers.
To Apply Building Permits to city and co-ordinate with Architect and city permit department
To schedule all site inspections.
To manage all incoming and outcoming mails.
To check sub contractors Status: Safety, WCB and Business License
Requisition supplies and materials
To control financials & company budgets.
