If you are seeking a leadership opportunity in a dynamic and competitive industry, look no further!  SaskTel is looking for a highly proactive professional and organized individual to join our Executive team.  Reporting directly to the President and CEO, the Executive Administrator  Board & External Relations serves as the primary contact for internal and external matters pertaining to the Executive Office and is responsible for maintaining a strong working relationship with SaskTels Board of Directors, Executive team, government entities, internal and external stakeholders and customers.  As an Executive Administrator, you will thrive in an environment where you are flexible and adaptable while applying sound judgment and discretion with a high degree of confidentiality to your work. Qualification
*Post secondary diploma in Business/Office Administration or bachelor's degree in Business or Liberal Arts desirable with extensive experience in an administrative role or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience working with Boards and managing governance an asset.
*Thorough knowledge of and considerable experience in administrative practices, procedures and techniques is required.
*Strong interpersonal skills, positive attitude, and the ability to portray / deliver a positive image for SaskTel.
*Extensive knowledge of SaskTel corporate structure and departmental functionality.
*Good verbal and written communication skills. Ability to convey information clearly, concisely and logically.
*Strong organizational, negotiating, facilitating, problem solving and project management skills required.
*Ability to work in a high stress environment.
