Harvard Western Insurance is seeking an experienced Commercial/Farm Insurance Advisor to join our team at our Dalmeny location. This position is full time hours.

In this role, you will use your industry experience and customer service focus to provide superior service to our clients. Your previous sales and customer service experience combined with your ability to adapt and thrive in a fast paced, team oriented environment will be essential to success.

Key Responsibilities Include:
    Review commercial/farm files upon renewal in tandem with the Account Executive
    Enter new submissions and input renewal policy data
    Obtain complete underwriting/risk information from client
    Issue Certificates of Insurance
    Review all property schedules and input them into the system
    Providing clients with information and advice
    Processing and administering changes to insurance policies
    Collecting client receivables  

Qualifications:
    Minimum CAIB 3 or equivalent Insurance Institute courses
    Experience working as a general insurance broker and dealing with insurance companies
    Basic knowledge of commercial lines process
    Technical knowledge of policy wordings and insurance contracts
