The Regina Region Local Immigration Partnership (RRLIP) was launched in 2014. Local Immigration Partnerships exist to strengthen and support the community's capacity to welcome, settle and integrate newcomers. Since 2014, the RRLIP, and its primary partners, have worked tirelessly to support the local community's settlement and integration efforts.
Requirements to Apply for the RRLIP Project Manager Role:
Bachelor's or Master's in Social Sciences, Social Work, Human Resources, Project Management, or related Fields
Expertise and knowledge of the local community and obstacles faced by newcomer populations.
Minimum of five years of proven experience working in program management.
Experience with government funding mechanisms such as Contribution and Grant Agreements, in order to ensure the successful implementation, monitoring and evaluation of programs and services as per the funding terms.
Highly skilled, with proven accomplishments in facilitation, relationship building, community capacity building, leadership, etc.
Annual Salary Level:
The annual salary for this position starts at $73,353.20 ($35.26/hr) at Step 1 of RODS Manager Category (the RRLIP Project's host agency). There is a cost shared benefits package and 3% employer contribution to Saskatchewan Pension Plan available following the successful completion of a six-month probationary period.
