Infrastructure Asset Management Consultant
IDS is seeking an outcome-oriented problem solver to join our asset management team in Regina, Saskatchewan.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identifying, assessing, and solving infrastructure asset management problems in the transportation, municipal, and utilities sectors.
- Helping clients to implement Asset Management solutions based on IDS Asset Optimizer software.
- Helping solve key business problems such as asset performance and risk modeling, optimizing asset lifecycle management, developing capital and maintenance programs, etc.
- Preparing and conducting training sessions for our clients based on IDS Asset Optimizer software.
- Providing support in preparing RFP responses, developing solution/Demos for clients, and developing pre-sales pitches
- Work with the software development staff to address client incidents, identify and implement required software changes, and gain experience with IDS solutions.
- Participate in the IDS software testing activities, and contribute to IDS team work and culture.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of demonstrated asset management experience in the transportation, municipal, and/or utilities sectors.
- Knowledge of Enterprise Asset Management software and related technologies (GIS, databases, workflow management, etc.).
- Ability to configure & migrate data, customize workflows, and create reports and dashboards.
- Ability to respond to clients business requirements and RFx
- Ability to develop lifecycle models and asset management plans for various asset classes.
- Enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and passionate team player.
- Strong communication skills.
- Engineering or related business degree (or equivalent experience).
