PRIMARY PURPOSE: To continue development of a sustainable, growing stream of charitable gift funding for the Sherbrooke Foundation Inc. on behalf of Sherbrooke Community Centre and Central Haven Special Care Home.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Create and implement an annual business plan to increase Foundation revenues through the identification, cultivation, solicitation and stewardship of donors, prospective donors, partners, and volunteers.
Responsible for ensuring data quality, integrity, consistency in Donor Perfect.
Lead and manage the annual appeal process from start to finish.
Track donor contacts and communication in a timely and accurate manner;
Responsible for timely and appropriate gift acknowledgement
Consult with the Communications Leader to develop proposals when developing communication plans
Engage volunteers in Foundation activities when appropriate
Manage and supervise donation processing and receipting
Develop policies/procedures/business rules
Promote and maintain a high profile for the Foundation
Oversee the content and strategic use of the digital Donor Wall
