Explore this exciting opportunity and next step in your Professional Accounting career, as a result of a pending retirement, with a highly reputable public accounting firm  located in beautiful Esterhazy, Saskatchewan.  

As Accountant, you will:

- Build relationships and develop rapport with clients. while providing financial support on general questions.

- Conduct audits and assess for accuracy and regulatory compliance.  Explain findings and recommend solutions to clients.

- Prepare and review working paper files for compilation, draft financial statements, corporate tax returns, personal tax returns and all regular filings such as T4s, T5s, and GST.

- Liaison with/support team members at other locations within Southeastern Saskatchewan and contribute to organizational growth and success.   Effectively communicate with clients, government agencies, etc.    

Education and Experience:   Qualified CPA with a minimum 1  2 years related experience.  Audit experience is highly preferred.  A related Degree or Diploma is an asset.  Strong knowledge of Accounting Standards; in-depth knowledge of Canadian personal and corporate income tax.

The role will be office based in Esterhazy, Saskatchewan, with limited travel to client sites.  
Potential exists for some remote work depending on the workload/time of year.
