Indian and Arabic Cuisine is looking for 2 Full-time East Indian Cook 35-40 Hrs. per week ( be able to work shifts Job Duties:
Ability to prepare Sauces and curry preparation
Must be able to prepare bread and meats in the Tandoor oven
Familiar with Indian culinary cooking methods products and techniques
Knowledge of Indian spices and cooking tools
Garnishing and presentation of food and in new cooking techniques
Plan menus, Ensure quality of food and portion control,
Plan and direct food preparation and cooking activities
Estimate food requirements,
Maintain records of food costs, consumption, inventory
Candidate Skills requirement: Minimum 3-5 years of verifiable Indian cooking experience in a restaurant or hotel setting, Only interested eligible candidates will be contacted.
