If you are an energetic, positive, outgoing, detail-oriented team player, you'll be interested in joining Crossroads Credit Union. This position will be based out of our North Region which includes the Canora and Preeceville Branches. Travel will be required within the region.
Our MSRs focus on building relationships with our members, whether its assisting with day-to day needs or utilizing learned knowledge of credit union products and services to help our members succeed.
Reporting to the department Team Lead, the MSR is expected to take personal and complete responsibility for every member interaction by providing exceptional, accurate and relevant service as a means to build member loyalty and satisfy corporate goals and objectives.
The successful candidate will have a Grade 12 education and demonstrate a commitment to lifelong learning as well as possess superior performance that will be exhibited through solid demonstration of the following behavioural competencies: Adaptability to Change, Customer Service Orientation, Listening, Understanding and Responding; Results Orientation and Teamwork and Cooperation. The incumbent will be a self-starter with strong communication skills, recognize basic financial terminology, possess basic accounting knowledge, have experience handling cash, and a solid working knowledge of computers and software.
