We are seeking applications for a full-time 1st Class Breaker Operator to join our team, at our Manufacturing Unit in Yorkton, Saskatchewan.
We require an enthusiastic individual to join our production team to meet our daily production demands.
Job Requirements:
Inspect safety, and personal protection equipment & follow work-safe practices
Record time (Computer or worksheets), jobs, and work progress
Ensure the machine is in good operating condition, measuring tools meet calibration standards & parts match drawings with provided tolerances
Operate brake at a 95% efficiency, overhead cranes & forklifts
Review daily task list and follow priority sequence
Identify and organize necessary material and address any quality or quantity concerns
Study work order details and drawings
Manually enter bending parameters to maximize efficiency and quality, with the aid of patterns or measuring tools
Monitor bending for quality and efficiency; troubleshoot deficiencies and correct them throughout the bending process
Unload, inspect, identify, mark, count, and sort bent cut parts per work order instructions
Perform machine maintenance per manufacturers guidelines
Maintain top and bottom dies to ensure the quality and integrity of die
Perform other duties as assigned
