SmiRac Facility Solutions, a local building maintenance and facility services company based in Saskatchewan. We are located at 320 Great Plains Road, Emerald Park Saskatchewan. Currently, we are looking for an experienced Cleaner (Light Duty Commercial Cleaner) NOC 65310 in the city of Regina. This is a full-time and permanent employment. Light Duty Cleaner will report to Janitorial Supervisor in their area of responsibility.

At SmiRac Facility Solutions, Cleaner will perform the following job duties:
    Empty wastepaper baskets in offices, foyer, common areas, lobbies, and ensure that all waste is properly and safely disposed at designated area
    Dust furniture and vacuum carpeting and area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture
    Wash bathrooms from top to bottom, using safe mixes of cleaning and sanitizing liquids
    Clean walls, door handles, counters, counter tops, display boxes, picture frames etc. ensuring that no residue is left on any surface
    Clean and polish chrome and other polished metal surfaces
    Polish wooden furniture at established frequencies, dust or wipe offices as requested.
    Clean, disinfect and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances
    Restock / replenish washrooms with paper towels, soaps, hand sanitizer etc.
    Reline garbage receptacles daily and ensure that any broken bins are disposed of and replaced
    Sanitize all the high touch surfaces on daily basis
    Report any unsafe conditions, hazards, and all workplace injuries
    Other duties that supervisor/ manager may assign.

Education:  No formal education is required  

Skills, Knowledge & Work Experience:
Previous experience of minimum of 7-11 months in commercial cleaning company or similar set up is an asset. Knowledge of WHMIS, SDS and PPE is an ideal.

Working Hours:  Monday to Friday: 5 pm to 12:30 am

Rate of Pay:  $16.00 per hour; $29,120.00 per annum
