SmiRac Facility Solutions, a local building maintenance and facility services company based in Saskatchewan. We are located at 320 Great Plains Road, Emerald Park Saskatchewan. Currently, we are looking for a qualified and an experienced Customer Services Supervisor NOC 62023 at our Emerald Park Office. This is a full-time and permanent employment. Customer Services Supervisor will report it to General Manager in our office at Emerald Park, Southern Saskatchewan.
At SmiRac Facility Solutions, customer services supervisor will perform the following job duties:

Conduct performance reviews
Perform same duties as workers supervised
Recruit and hire staff
Co-ordinate, assign and review work
Establish work schedules and procedures and co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments
Identify training needs and train workers in job duties and company policies
Resolve work-related problems and prepare and submit progress and other reports

Education
College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year
or equivalent experience
Experience
1 year to less than 2 years
