Description

Plan, direct and evaluate operations of the gas station.
    Manage staff and assign duties.
    Determine staffing requirements and hire or oversee hiring of staff.
    Orientate new hires on the basics of the facility and explain the training schedule.
    Create and maintain employee schedules / timecard. Ensure all shifts are covered.
    Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes and effect of competitors operations on sales.
    Determine merchandise and services to be sold, and implement price and credit policies.
    Locate, select and procure merchandise for resale.
    Advise Director on business enhancement strategy.
    Develop and implement marketing strategies.
    Utilize and cooperate with required customer appreciation and incentive programs.
    Plan budget and authorize expenditures.
    Perform bank reconciliation on monthly, quarterly and annually.
    Resolve customer complaint.
    Enforce all cooperate, local and state policies and procedures.
