Description

1.Ensures cashier/merchandising staff comply with all store policies and operating procedures
2. Trains cashiers/merchandisers in job functions and make sure they follow store standards.
3. Ensures all loss prevention standards are implemented, manages daily cash office inventory and cashier tracking, tracking sheets, PC Optimum procedures
4.Resolves customer issues according to established guidelines (refunds, exchanges, etc.)
5.Promotes the CSI Survey
6.Ensures shelves are clean and organized with proper rotation
7. Ensures product displays are set up and taken down as directed by the AFSM/FSM

8. Ensures standards of housekeeping and store image are maintained
9. Complies with all Health and Safety requirements
