Performing opening duties such as setting tables, polishing glasses, folding napkins, and replenishing condiments
Greet customers, make suggestions, answer and present the menu.
Prepare restaurant tables with special attention to sanitation and order.
Take and serve food/drinks orders.
Ensuring accuracy when entering orders into the point of sale (POS) system.
Answer all questions about beverages and the food.
Deal with complaints or problems with a positive attitude.
Deliver checks and collect payments.
