To carry out day-to-day administrative duties while providing exceptional customer service to our members and team. Our Office Clerks are the hub of the organization, they provide the internal support to the sales teams at all other locations.
Description for Internal Candidates
Duties and responsibilities
Performing front line guest service
Assist with answering phones, taking payments and other customer requests at the front counter as needed
Back-up reception by completing daily department cash-ups and other reception duties when they are away
Assist in filing and organizing for other Office Staff as needed
Scanning and electronic filing
Various other office duties as assigned
Clerical duties and projects as requested
Other duties may include credit and\or payroll
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Experience in payroll/credit would be considered an asset
Grade 12 diploma or equivalent GED
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs such as Excel, Word and Outlook and QuickBooks
Valid class 5 license and a clean drivers abstract may be required
