Description

Position Description:
Reporting to the CEO, the Executive Administrative Assistant of kikaskihtanaw Centre is responsible for
administering and assisting with the project management of the new kikaskihtanaw Centre that is currently
under construction. The successful individual will be highly organized and timely on reporting information and
collecting data for decision making. Accompanying the CEO to all meetings regarding the centre they will ensure
up to date information in a fast paced and ever evolving environment. In addition to the kikaskihtanaw Centre
administration the Executive Administrative Assistant will also support the Executive Assistant in their tasks in
supporting the CEO and executive team.
Responsibilities:
Managing spreadsheets of data for construction and procurment
Managing information for the construction and procurement of items for kikaskihtanaw Centre
In coordination with Executive Assistant managing CEOs schedule and attending all meetings
regarding kikaskihtanaw Centre
Managing RFPs as needed and coordinating proposals for successful applicants
Coordinating with Project team on all correspondence and inquiries
Assisting Executive Assistant as needed
Qualifications:
3-5 years of professional experience in project coordination or administration work.
Demonstrated knowledge of data management and reporting.
Demonstrated knowledge of current theories, trends, standards, and practices of assessment in
academic libraries.
Demonstrated interpersonal, problem-solving, and oral and written communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Demonstrated flexibility, creativity, and ability to innovate and adapt to a continually evolving
environment.
