Duties and Responsibilities:
Assisting in food preparation:
o Prepare the required ingredients such as marinating the chicken and dicing it.
o Preparing and cooking fried chicken, sandwiches, sides according to our unique recipes.
o Maintaining high standards of food quality and hygiene.
Maintaining cleanliness of the kitchen
o Clean kitchen equipment
o Load and unload dishwasher
o Scrub pots and pans
o Clean food preparation table and storage area
Others
o Receive and store goods
o Supporting other kitchen staff as needed
Employment Terms:
o Type: Full-time and permanent
o Hours: Minimum 40 hours per week, 5 days per week
o Shifts: 8 hours per shift, From 9am to 4:30 pm, with 30 minutes lunch break
o Wage: $15/hour
o Overtime: 1.5 times hourly wage rate, if work over 8 hours per day or 40 hours per week
Requirements:
o Demonstrated interest in food preparation and kitchen operations
o Basic English skills
o Good health condition
o Basic food preparation skills
o Basic cleaning and maintenance skills
o Ability to use common kitchen equipment especially for deep fryer and appliances safely
