Description

Work Location: 216 33rd St W, Unit 207, Saskatoon, SK S7L 0V2
Working Hours: 35-40 hours per week
Language: English
Job Duties:
1.Assist the office policy designing, maintain office supplies, and oversee daily procedures that ensure an organized work environment for all staff.
2.Examine the office workload and establish a detailed schedule for admin staff to accommodate objective priorities.
3.Work closely with the accounting department to ensure accuracy in budget tracking and adherence to financial guidelines of the office.
4.Collaborate with legal and procurement teams to prepare and review contracts. Ensure that contracts align with budgetary constraints and legal requirements. Maintain a system for tracking contract expiration dates and renewals.
5.Identify opportunities for process improvement within administrative operations. Provide training and support to staff to ensure they are equipped to handle administrative tasks efficiently.
6.Collect relevant data from various departments, databases, or individuals. Use spreadsheets, databases, or other tools to manage and structure information.
7.Prepare manuals detailing standard operating procedures, guidelines, and processes. Ensure that information is presented in a user-friendly and understandable manner.
8.Lead the problem-solving process of challenges arising from administrative work and provide timely solutions to fix the issues and bring up the office efficiency.
9.Undertake special projects and assignments as directed by senior management. Act as a liaison between different departments within the company.
Requirements:
1.Strong organizational and time-management skills.
2.Excellent communication, both written and verbal.
3.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other applicable office software.
4.Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
5.Detail-oriented and highly organized.
