Skyway Brands Regina Inc. is now hiring a Kitchen Supervisor to fulfill our busy location, and the second busiest airport in Saskatchewan.
We are looking for a Kitchen Supervisor for Brioche Doree, Skyway Grill & Bar, and Tim Hortons.

1. Job Description
Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
Must have knowledge of the establishment's culinary genres
Establish methods to meet work schedules
Estimate and order ingredients and supplies
Maintain records of stock, repairs, and wastage
Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys
Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
Ensure that food meets quality control standards

2. Requirements
Completion of Secondary School
1-2 years of relevant work experience
Excellent oral communication skills (English proficiency)
Effective interpersonal skills, flexibility and team player
Work under pressure

3. Job Details

Terms of employment: Full-time / Permanent
Start date: ASAP
Salary: $15.10 per hour
