Responsibilities:
- Design and create visually appealing websites that are user-friendly and responsive
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand their design requirements and objectives
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to present design concepts
- Implement design elements using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Optimize websites for maximum speed and scalability
- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback for continuous improvement
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in web design
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Web Designer or similar role
- Proficient in motion graphics and animation software such as Adobe Flash
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Node.js
- Experience with Adobe Acrobat, Telerik, SQL, PHP, and E-commerce platforms
- Familiarity with design tools such as Figma or Adobe Creative Suite
- Understanding of SEO principles and web analytics
- Excellent visual design skills with an eye for detail
- Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines
- Fluent communication skills in both Chinese and English
