Description

POSITION SUMMARY:
Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion, and serve food.

Tasks:
Supervise shift employees
Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for Ice Cream preparation
Establish work schedules and procedures
Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
Ensure food preparation equipment is always in good working condition and notify management immediately when equipment requires repair
Ensure service/production/supply areas are cleaned and maintained according to our procedures
