Pa and execute food preparation and cooking activities to meet menu requirements. Prepare nutritious, appealing, and authentic Vietnamese, Chinese and Thai cuisine. Ensure compliance with recognized sanitation and safety standards. Monitor food costs and profits. Take inventory on a regular basis to ensure supplies are available to meet menu requirements. Clean and sanitize all food preparation equipment and ensure that it is in safe and operable condition. Ensure that the kitchen area meets current health and sanitary requirements. English skills must be at or above CLB level 4.
