HVAC Wholesaler is expanding its estimating department.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide continual commitment to superior internal and external customer service & satisfaction
Always treat customers and co-workers with respect and courtesy
Demonstrate pride and dedication in the performance of assigned duties
Work independently and be co-operative, communicative, approachable and team oriented
Embrace continuous improvement with industry related education, attending manufacturers online and factory training visits. Stay up to date regarding Industry codes and latest products as well as relevant software tools.
SPECIFIC DUTIES:
Expand and promote INLAND Metal product lines to existing and potential new customers to secure business in all aspects of commercial, residential, and multifamily projects
Generate detailed equipment and material take-offs for accurate pricing to maximize profit
Compile detailed commercial, residential, and multifamily estimates for quoting purposes
Provide accurate submittal drawings, equipment details as required in a timely manner
Promote the fabrication shop for custom sheet metal quotes and applications
Using market intelligence, determine project details and competition
Maintain existing customer relationships while establishing new contacts
Continually update customers on new and existing products
Build and develop relationships designed to grow customer confidence and loyalty
Promote and secure business in all aspects of the HVAC market to increase market share
