We are looking for a recruitment assistant in Regina. This may be a part-time or a full-time opportunity.

Job Duties:
1. To reach out to potential local employers who are hiring
2. Arranging interviews with the right-fit candidates
3. Regular keep in touch with the job market
4. Identify new opportunities to develop more employers
Must have:
Strong communication skills and presentation skills
Understand the requirements of the employers
Understand candidate suitability of the position recruiting
Strong database management skills
Excellent time management skills
Strong telephone and email communication skills
Knowledge of Job Bank, SaskJobs and other job sites
Desirable
Day travel may be required as needed, a reliable car is desirable
Recruitment industry exposure is an added advantage
Immigration knowledge of SINP and LMIA programs is highly desirable but not mandatory
Knowledge of CRM or database management is an asset
