Description

Take customers orders.
May receive payment for food items purchased.
Sanitize and wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots and pans by hand.
Clean, peel, slice and trim foodstuffs using manual and electric appliances.
Clean and sanitize the kitchen including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances and equipment.
Handle and store cleaning products.
Remove kitchen garbage and trash.
Sweep and mop floors, and perform other duties to assist cook and kitchen staff.
Wash, peel and cut vegetables and fruits.
