Clean and peel vegetables and fruits. Wash surfaces such as work tables, cupboards, and appliances. Dispose of trash and clean kitchen garbage containers. Unpack and organize supplies, storing them in refrigerators, cupboards, and designated storage areas. Sweep and mop floors, and undertake additional tasks to support the cook and kitchen staff.
