Register arriving guests and assign rooms
Achieve guest satisfaction by responding to guest needs
Monitor hotel security
Present statement of charges to departing guests and receive payment
Identifying, researching and correcting discrepancies
Running and distributing daily reports
Preparing daily reports on excel and word
Achieve high end guest satisfaction
Prompt and courteous handling of all guests as necessary, including but not limited to telephone, luggage handling, in-house package delivery and personal inquiries
Efficient teamwork resulting in exceptional customer service
Inform and follow up with all necessary departments to ensure that all requests are delivered to guest rooms
Have a working knowledge of Property Management and Reservation System
Provide excellence in customer service
Be knowledgeable and aware of safe working conditions
Work and communicate in a professional and ethical manner
Be committed to the achievement of the company
Take every opportunity to be a sales person by actively selling company promotions to contribute to overall profitability
