Description

Focz Business Services Canada Ltd. is seeking a SharePoint Administrator. The Administrator will be tasked with application development and support for all production and non-production SharePoint servers within the internet, intranet, and extranet sites. Support the installation, configuration, deployment, security, operation, backup, and maintenance of all SharePoint servers and related software.

We are looking for a self-motivated individual who can work independently and as part of a team. The ideal candidate will possess the experience and discipline to take direction well and be able to work independently without direction when situations arise.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Design, implement, configure, and maintain SharePoint and Teams deployments at Parachute clients.
Migrate companies from various file-sharing solutions to SharePoint and Teams
Properly limit user access and optimize security to protect company information
Add users, controlling access to document libraries and settings permissions
Performing maintenance of the SharePoint platform, servers, and the clients intranet
Troubleshoot and resolve SharePoint issues and any sub-optimal configurations
Provide SharePoint support and end-user training
Utilize PowerShell to deploy services and configurations
Recommend, develop, scope, plan, manage, implement, and fully document SharePoint and Teams projects
Identify improvements to IT documentation, network maps, processes, procedures, and tickets
Manage and respond to escalated client inquiries
Research products and new technologies to increase the efficiency of business and operations
