Job Duties
Supervise and Co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food;
Train staff in job duties, sanitation & safety procedures;
Prepare and submit reports;
Supervise and check assembly of trays;
Supervise and check delivery of foods;
Prepare budget and cost estimates;
Address customers complaints or concerns;
Establish methods to meet work schedules;
Estimate and order ingredients and supplies;
Ensure food service and quality control; and
Maintain records of stocks, repairs, sales and wastage.
Skills: Ability to work in fast-paced environment, multi-tasking, excellent customer service skills, ability to supervise people.
