Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods and must be aware of all convenience store items
check the expiry date of all confectionary items.
Prepare and cook special meals for Allergens as instructed by Customer.
Oversee kitchen operations and retail operations. Supervise kitchen and convenience cash counter.
Maintain inventory & records of food, Temperature, supplies and equipment.
Must clean kitchen, work area, dining area, and guest washroom.
May plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order
supplies.
Must check and follow the inventory list and Order the food supplies to vendor according to the requirement. Make
sure do not order excessively.
May Train kitchen and retail staff.
Attend customer at till and take orders ring it in and start making a food
