Duties:
Prepare and cook complete meals in a fast-paced environment.
Receive delivery of food supplies and be able to put stock away following proper food rotation. Maintain all the records for the same.
Periodically inspection of all the kitchen equipment's for cleanliness and operation.
Schedule, supervise and train kitchen staff.
Clean kitchen and work areas.
